The bees are starting to collect excess nectar and storing it in the honey super. New bees are hatching. Lower than expected egg laying.
Slowly growing. New bees are emerging from their cells, the hive looks hungry, very little nectar is being stored on the edges, no eggs were found, indicating expansion is stalling out. Time to give a little assist.
