We inspected Hive 1. This hive is the smaller one, in a previous post, we showed off the queen. The hive is growing and seems to be doing well in the cool and rainy Ohio spring.

Spring is here! Winter is Over! And… we are harvesting 460 oz of fresh honey! The process starts with de-caping the honey comb, then centrifuge, strain, filter, weigh into jars, label, inventory, and store.
