When you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

Callow’s Apiary, LLC contracts with Square to process point of sale transactions. This 3rd party service provides a means to process credit card and debit transactions. Square collects the following information during a transaction: Deice Information, Financial Information, Identification Information, Location Information, Transaction Information, Use Information, Other Information you provide during checkout. Why Your Information Is Needed and How it is Used
Callow’s Apiary, LLC relies on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for mailing list;

How long we retain your data
Your data stays retained as long as necessary for provided services & policy adherence but generally not beyond 4 years unless legally mandated or outlined in this section. However, Callow’s Apiary, LLC may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
